Aquatics Fitness

Exercising in the water is low-impact and safe. Water exercise delivers tremendous benefits to your cardiovascular and respiratory systems. We offer aquatics fitness at two of our locations. You can view our class offerings and times below.

Masters PM training  =  5:30 - 7am and 7 - 8am; 5:30 - 7:00 PM  mon/wed/fri

A coached training session for both competitions and for fitness. Swimmers must already have knowledge of at least 2 strokes and have some prior swimming experience. This is NOT a "learn to swim" class for adults. $25 per month (this is separate from the morning Masters fee  -  if you choose to train both mornings and evenings when you need to pay the fees for both training times.

High School "Stay in Shape"  =  5:15 - 7:00 PM  (Tues / Thurs)

Swim training and instruction to keep high school swimmers in shape and to improve their technique and endurance.  This is NOT a "learn to swim" program, high school athletes must have knowledge of at least 2 competitive strokes to qualify for the group. A YMCA membership is not needed. $40 per month.
