Samantha - Bonita Springs YMCA
So much of everyday life is about “powering through” to get as much done as possible. That’s why when Samantha needs to get back in touch with what’s truly importantly to her, she goes to mind/body classes at the Bonita Springs YMCA.
Samantha says the welcoming, positive atmosphere of the Y, combined with programs like tai chi and Pilates help keep her grounded.
“I always feel relief when I come here. I just let go of everything that happens during the day,” she said.
