Aquatic Fitness 

Aquatic fitness is a great way to work your muscles and build cardio endurance without putting tons of pressure on your joints. Classes include the following:

  • Water Wake Up
  • Water Warriors
  • Turbo Pump
  • Arthritis Aqua Experience
  • H2O Blast!
  • Cardio Splash
  • Splashing to the Oldies
Swim Team

Come And Train With The Best! We have training/instruction locations at both the Venice and the Englewood YMCAs. All athletes, ages 6 to 21, from novice to national-level competitors, are invited to open tryouts. For more information and to schedule a team try out, contact Head Coach John Baca.

Membership in USA Swimming required by all swimmers and Escrow fees will be charged for meet event entries.

High School Off-Season Swim Program

Keep your skills up with high school swim.  Practice Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 3 pm - 4 pm. The cost is $40 a month.


Masters Swimming is an organized program for adults 18 years and older with workouts designed to accommodate all levels. This program allows swimmers to prepare for Masters swim meets or just stay in shape.  *Please note this is not a learn to swim program.  For more information contact Head Coach, John Baca.

Master's Swim Team meets Tues/Thurs 7-8 AM and 6-7 PM. Coaching fees are $25/month or a drop-in fee of $5/practice.
