Your Y Coach at Home

Feeling cooped up at home? Struggling to find the motivation to get a daily free DIY workout completed on your own? Your Y Coach at Home is a small group training program that presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a trainer while also benefiting from the social component of being in a virtual small group. Through the power of Zoom, your coach will be able to correct form and motivate you through a personalized and structured workout designed to help YOU meet your goals from the comfort and safety of your home.

Your Y Coach at Home - Cardio

An all encompassing workout designed to produce total body results. This fast moving work out conditions your cardiovascular system and nearly every muscle group in your body.

Your Y Coach at Home - Strength

This Full Body workout uses body weight and household items to challenge and strengthen all the major muscles of the body, as well as the core.

Your Y Coach at Home - Stretch

A stretching class that focuses on using the breathe to prolong and deepen your stretching practice. With stretches that target all the tightest muscles in the body, participants will quickly improve mobility and flexibility.

Weight Loss Program - Virtual 

Reach your wellness goals with us! The YMCA's Weight Loss Program is designed to help people seeking a healthier weight to achieve their goals by making small, modest changes to their daily behaviors, and forming sustainable healthy habits. For 12 weeks of virtual classes via Zoom Meetings, you will be provided tools, knowledge and group support to help you develop plans that support your weight loss goals. Participants will be also provided with an E-Book and E-ToolKits to follow along with.

On Demand Classes & Workouts

We know that this is an uncertain time for everyone, and we appreciate you hanging in there with us. While we practice social distancing, we are providing new, complimentary virtual exercise offerings. Rock Steady Boxing uses the fundamentals of boxing training in addition to Parkinson’s specific exercises which studies have shown to reverse, reduce and even delay the symptoms of Parkinson’s. Boxing works by moving your body in all planes of motion while continuously changing the routine as you progress through the workout.

LIVESTRONG at Home with the SKY Family YMCA

LiveSTRONG at the YMCA is going VIRTUAL! Starting June 1st, Cancer Survivors can join us on Mondays & Wednesdays at 1:30 PM for virtual group support and safe exercising at home. For more information and to register, click the image below!
