Personal Training

Every Y member receives three, FREE 45-minute appointments with our wellness staff within the first 60 days of joining. You’ll receive a body composition analysis, instruction on proper use of the cardio machines and strength training equipment and a customized plan for progressing in your wellness program. Schedule your initial appointment at the front desk or wellness desk on the fitness floor. We also do fit check assessments during your new member period. This is a FREE two-session program that takes place over two months. The program measures these areas at the start and finish of the time period:

  • body composition
  • cardio endurance
  • muscle strength
  • flexibility
  • balance
