Group Exercise

The YMCA offers the widest variety of group exercises classes around. From low-impact exercise and chair classes, stretching and strength training to indoor cycling, water exercise, and yoga, you’ll find a group class that’s fun, supportive and keeps you moving. All instructors are certified and can show adjustments for all levels of fitness and special limitations participants may have. Group Exercise schedules are subject to change.

We offer classes for all fitness levels and ages. Group Exercise Classes include BodyCombat and BodyPump by Les Mills, TRX, Yoga, Zumba, Spin, High-Intensity HITT Classes, MyZone Target Heartrate Classes and so much more!
