Before/After School

Before and after school programs at the Y keep kids safe and introduce them to new friends and activities. Our programs are licensed by the state of Florida and all staff are screened by the Department of Children & Families. 

Children are placed in age-appropriate groups and take part in a daily rotation of activities that include, but is not limited to: homework time, arts & crafts, guest speakers, enrichment programs/specialty clubs, physical fitness activities, learning centers and much more. The Y provides a nutritious daily snack.

BONITA SPRINGS

The YMCA arranges after school pickup at Bonita Springs, Pinewoods, and Spring Creek elementary schools as well as Bonita Charter School. Care is offered from school dismissal until 6 p.m. $20 per week, per child for YMCA Members; $40 per week per child for Non-Members. There is a $25 registration fee per child for the school year.

Englewood

• Vineland & Englewood elementary schools: care is offered from school dismissal until 6 p.m. at the school sites. $35 per week, per child. 
• Myakka River Elementary School: before care is offered from 6:30 - 8 a.m. $17 per week, per child. after care from school dismissal until 6 p.m. $45 per week, per child. Wrap around care (before/after combined) is available at $55 per week, per child)

Includes Crafts, Swimming, Rockwall, Gym Time, Field Games, Game Room & much more!

$65 Members, $80 Non-Members; Camp fees paid in full, no refunds.

Fort Myers

The YMCA arranges before and after school transportation to these schools: 

• Elementary Schools: Allen Park, Edison Park, Franklin Park, Heights, Orangewood, Tanglewood, Villas, Colonial
• Middle Schools: Cypress Lake, Dunbar, Fort Myers, Lexington

Before care is from 6:30 a.m. until school starts. $16 per week, per child for YMCA Members; $27 per week, per child for Non-Members. 

After care is offered from school dismissal until 6 p.m.

• $34 per week, per child for YMCA Members; $45 per week per child for Non-Members at Edison Park, Franklin Park, Heights, Tanglewood, Colonial, and Villas
• $28 per week, per child for YMCA Members; $42 per week per child for Non-Members at Allen Park, Orangewood , Cypress Lake, Dunbar, Fort Myers and Lexington

There is a $25 registration fee per child for the school year. When committing to the program for the entire school year, weekly rates include all school professional days and breaks.

Venice

Before/after care is available at the Y for students attending Garden, Venice & Taylor Ranch elementary schools, Island Village Montessori School, Student Leadership Academy, Venice Christian and Venice Middle schools. Transportation to and from school is provided. We also host an on-site afterschool program at Laurel Nokomis School.

There are several payment plans available: 

• Option 1: Year Round Program monthly rate $190 Members; $220 Non-Members (*non draft rates $200/$230)
  Includes after school care, before school care (Garden, Taylor Ranch, Venice Christian-(K-5th) , Island Village Montessori, Venice El., Laurel Nokomis School & Venice Middle) school days off, holiday camps and summer day camp of 2013.  Registration forms and fees  (if applicable) are required.

• Option 2: School Year Only Program monthly rate $175 Members; $205 Non-Members
   Includes before/after care, school days off and holiday camps. 
   
• Option 3: Before School Care Only Program monthly rate $45 Members; $60 Non-Members
   For students attending Garden, Taylor Ranch and Venice elementary schools and Venice Christian (K5)
   
• Option 4: Full Day/School's Out Programs daily rate $15 Members; $20 Non-Members
  Includes teacher work days, winter and spring break camps. ADVANCED REGISTRATION is required with compelted registration card, fee, permission slip and payment.  
   
• Option 5: Middle School Before Care Only Program monthly rate $55 Members; $60 Non-Members
