Bonita Springs YMCA Now Offering Healthways SilverSneakers® Fitness Program

[BONITA SPRINGS, FLA., June 22, 2012] – The Bonita Springs YMCA is now a part of the Healthways SilverSneakers® Fitness Program, a wellness plan offered by dozens of major medical health plans.  

The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program offers members access to a variety of participating locations throughout the country, including the Bonita Springs YMCA as 27200 Kent Road. The Y offers the signature SilverSneakers Muscular Strength & Range of Movements, plus additional SilverSneakers classes such as.
